Executive Advisory & Coaching

When the path forward isn't obvious, you don't have to navigate it alone.

I work with senior executives navigating pivotal moments in leadership and career — providing a confidential space to think, challenge assumptions, gain clarity and turn complexity into practical action.

30+ years alongside CEOs and executive teams across cultures, industries and continents.

Recognition

At a certain level, finding someone who will tell you the truth becomes harder.

The more senior you become, the fewer people you can speak to completely openly. Your team looks to you for answers. Your peers have their own perspectives and interests. Your board expects confidence.

Yet the decisions carrying the greatest consequences are often the ones you have nowhere to discuss.

Career transitions can create a similar challenge. A successful track record does not automatically tell you what comes next — or make your value obvious to the market.

Sometimes you need an independent perspective: someone who understands the world you operate in, asks the questions others may not ask, and helps you see what you may not be seeing yourself.

Two Paths

Two different questions. One need for clarity.

Where do I go next?

For accomplished executives navigating transition, repositioning, reinvention or their next leadership opportunity.

We clarify direction, articulate your value and build the strategy and positioning needed for what comes next. CV, LinkedIn, interviews and networking may form part of the work — but they are tools, not the outcome.

The Role I Play

Sometimes you don't need another framework. You need the right person across the table.

01

A Sounding Board

A confidential, independent space to say what you may not be able to say elsewhere — and think through what is really happening.

02

A Truth Teller

I am not there simply to validate your thinking. When something needs to be questioned, we go there — with candour, perspective and respect.

03

A Strategic Mirror

Rather than handing you answers, I ask the questions that help surface patterns, assumptions and blind spots so you can reach stronger conclusions of your own.

Point of View

What three decades around leadership have taught me.

  • Success can create blind spots.

The more senior you become, the harder genuine feedback can be to find. Authority changes what people are willing to tell you.

  • Your track record doesn't speak for itself.

Experience creates value. Positioning makes that value visible. A strong career is not enough if others cannot quickly understand the problems you solve and why you are the right person to solve them.

  • The presenting problem is rarely the whole problem.

What brings you into the conversation may only be the visible part of what is getting in the way. Real progress often starts below the surface.

  • Leadership growth requires uncomfortable reflection.

Strong performance does not automatically translate into readiness for the next level. How others experience your leadership matters.

  • Insight without action isn't enough.

A useful conversation should change what you see — and what you do next.

My Approach

From complexity to clarity. From clarity to action.

01

Listen Deeper

We look beyond the immediate issue to understand the professional, personal and cultural context influencing it.

02

Question Differently

I ask the questions that help reveal assumptions, patterns and blind spots — without forcing someone else's answer onto you.

03

Create Clarity

We separate facts, emotions, expectations and noise to understand what is really happening and what matters most.

04

Move to Action

We translate insight into decisions, priorities, behaviours and practical next steps.

Listen deeper. Question differently. Create clarity. Move to action.

International Perspective

Leadership changes across borders.

Leadership doesn't happen in a vacuum. Culture and context matter.

Having lived and worked across Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, I have seen first-hand that the behaviours that build trust, influence and credibility in one environment may land very differently in another.

That perspective is particularly valuable for international executives, regional leaders, expatriates and people navigating a new organisation, geography or culture.

About Cecile

I've spent much of my career on the other side of the table.

For more than three decades, I have worked in and around executive leadership — hiring leaders, developing talent, advising CEOs, navigating transformation and helping organisations make difficult people and business decisions.

I have led across countries, cultures and very different organisational realities. Along the way, I often became the person senior leaders came to when they needed to think out loud: not because I had a ready-made answer, but because I could listen without judgement, challenge their assumptions and help them see the situation more clearly.

I also know transition personally. I have navigated reinvention, international moves, uncertainty and changes that were not always planned. That experience shapes the way I work: practical, direct, human and grounded in the reality that professional decisions rarely exist in isolation from the person making them.

Today, I bring those perspectives together in my work with senior executives navigating pivotal moments in leadership and career.

Testimonials

What leaders say

One of Cecile’s greatest strengths is her ability to look at things from both the business and people perspective. She became my truth teller and helped me develop as a leader. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her support and constant drive for success.

The process helped me challenge assumptions and limitations I had been carrying and look at a difficult professional experience more objectively. I came away with greater clarity, a concrete plan and the ability to move forward without remaining anchored to what had happened.
